The purpose of customer training programs is to develop the competence level of physicians and staff when using and managing a particular product during a specific application. Competence can be defined as having the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize a particular product during specific applications. A primary goal of a training program is to have physicians and staff use your product for an application independently - with little or no support from your Sales clinical/technical organization.
